Customers who purchase products online from corahome.com.tr have 14 days to return their items.
How can I make a return?
1. Go to the “My Return Requests” section under “My Account” on corahome.com.tr.
2. Click the “Create New Request” button and view your order.
3. Complete your request by clicking the “Save and Continue” button.
4. You can deliver your return shipment to our contracted courier company until 5:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM on weekends.
5. You can return your order free of charge via DHL Cargo. Simply provide the DHL Cargo representative with the return code 3489659297. When providing this code, please make sure to specify ParkPalet - Hadımköy.

For purchases made without creating an account, you can easily create a return request by visiting https://www.corahome.com.tr/kolayiade.aspx#/IadeTaleplerim and entering your order number, e-mail address, and phone number.

Any unused and undamaged product purchased from corahome.com.tr, with its original packaging and labels intact, may be returned within 14 days from the invoice date upon presentation of the invoice. If the product was received as a gift, the 14-day period starts from the date stated on the gift exchange card.
To return your products, you can send them free of charge through our contracted courier company within 14 days of the order date, using the return code available on the “My Orders” page. Return shipments can be handed over to the courier until 5:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM on weekends. RETURN AND PROCESSING TIME: In the event of a return, the refund will be processed according to your original payment method.
Once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions, corahome.com.tr will process the refund to your credit card within 10–14 business days.
For payments made in installments, refunds will be processed by the bank in the same number of installments as the original payment. For payments made by bank transfer, you must provide us with your bank account details. Refunds for bank transfer payments can only be made to a bank account belonging to the person who placed the order.
If a customer partially returns products purchased as part of an order and the partial return causes the conditions of a promotion to no longer be met, the amount to be refunded will be calculated as the difference between the original total order amount and the new total amount that would apply to the product(s) the customer keeps when purchased together.
If all products in an order are returned, the total amount paid for that order will be refunded to the customer. Products to be returned must be sent in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and packaging materials, physically undamaged, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale. The original invoice must also be included, with the form on the back of the invoice completed.
Returns without an invoice will not be accepted. Products you wish to return must be sent via our contracted courier company in accordance with the return procedure, using the designated return code and/or return address.
